    Dr Prem Pilay specializes in all aspects of neurosurgery, spine surgery and endovascular neurosurgery. Servicing Singapore, he operates at the Mt Elizabeth Medical Centre. His specialty interests include: microsurgical and endovascular treatment of aneurysms and AVMs, spine surgery (minimally invasive and instrumented), full range of tumour surgery, nerve decompressions and treatment of CSF circulation disorders.<\/p>\n
